Ministry of Health and Wellness labs confirmed results from 1,059 PCR tests at 17 p.m. this afternoon.

All results are negative.

527 patients considered to be cured were able to return home.

The total number of positive local COVID-19 cases since March 5 is as follows:

• 424 cases registered following Contact Tracing and COVID-19 Testing Centres.

• 123 cases recorded in quarantine (negative patients on admission).

• 37 cases recorded following targeted screening.

• 7 COVID-19 deaths

Thus the number of active cases at the local level is 42.

More details and any other changes on the situation will be followed in a statement to be issued tomorrow.
